Beautiful setting. Gorgeous views.

It was GREAT! The staff and manager were GREAT! They took wonderful care of us!!!

It was a safe and quiet place to stay at while exploring lake Titikaka. It’s worth to mention there is a custom control point every time you go back to Puno, and sometimes they take a while to let you through if you are driving. Overall a good place and staff was really attentive.

Exceptional views of the lake and beautiful grounds. Breakfast was good and onsite restaurant provided excellent meals at a reasonsble cost.

This place is really comfortable. It's a bit far away from other areas but the hotel itself is great. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The food is really good. There is a pool and spa services if you are interested. It's a great spot for a couple of nights!

Beautiful setting on the lake. Most accommodating staff, allowed early check-in. A peaceful place to unwind and connect with nature.

As we approached the hotel,I was amazed by the flower fields and the amazing view of the lake the hotel had. Hotel staff were very helpful and responsive since the moment we got there. The property is beautifully maintained and has easy access to the lake. We even interacted with the locals working on nearby agricultural fields on our way to the lake which was awesome! I highly recommend the restaurant, it has great prices and the food was amazing. Try the lomo de alpaca!

They ran out of oxygen but had lots of coca leaves for altitude.

Hôtel is to far and In the middle of nowhere, taxi needed for a simple restaurant and it takes one hour to get one

A really nice hotel, great view, excellent service and breakfast. However, it's 25 minutes out of town which is a bit of a bore. Also, other than the breakfast which was excellent, the hotel restaurant is a bit humdrum and I have the sneaking suspicion that dishes are pre-cooked then re-heated - you can taste it. However, Puno has plenty of good places to eat.

We loved Puno and the floating islands.

Our room was big, with a lovely view of Lake Titicaca, though the bathroom was a little dated. Surprisingly no bottles of water were provided in the room, unlike in other hotels. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food - both at breakfast and dinner - was excellent. We wanted to stay outside Puno, and were glad we made that decision, but it did cost PEN 30 in a taxi to go in to town. If you can get a good deal on the room rate, it's a good place to stay to see Lake Titicaca.

A basic hotel, about 20 minutes drive outside of Puno. A bit isolated and no other restaurants around except the hotel. Everything was basic and satisfactory. The rooms were not that clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.
