I requested a non smoking room when I booked the hotel on line, the room they gave us was a smoking room, when I asked the front desk whether they can gave us another non smoking room, front desk state it was the only room left. Hotel is generally clean and good location.

The staff here were excellent! Hamza was great at recommending places to eat and assist with everything we needed. The room’s remote was not working, making it inconvenient to turn tv off and on. The patio doors didn’t have a lock. Needed to order towels after I checked in.

The place needs a makeover. Breakfast can be better.

Our room here at Park Suites are one of the almost best rooms i have ever stayed in or so/so ! Its big and spacious and super clean feeling, plus has a tiny kitchen in And the overall feeling of this entire hotel is magnificent. ! Its super close to shopping experiences and GREAT restaurants I seriously wholeheartedly recommend this location in beautiful CasaBlanca Morrocco 🇲🇦

The room was massive snd had a full kitchen The reception nor rooms have coffee, twa or wster. You must purchase outside or ask for it at 7am when the restaurant opens

The staff was amazing from the minute we walked in until we left. They helped us arrange transportation , gave us tips and carried our luggage. We were a group of 5. They start was very personable and welcoming

To start with good I must say bed was very comfortable, we had daily cleaning and change of towels. Everything else is far from what is on the pictures and description. Here Hotel Spa, in there different name in front of hotel, inside of hotel. There is no spa service or fitness facilities, sound proof rooms are a joke! You can hear street notices, doors shutting, lift like it’s all happening in the room. There is a kitchenette but only one of plate, cup and cutlery. We only made tea there. Breakfast was very basic, very limited choice, only hot food was fried eggs that were dry by 10am, water down coffee.

The hotel is near the city center and the price is really good. Service was great and the restaurant has great dishes.

We booked two rooms. One looked like the pictures, the other did not. We weren’t there long enough to really care. Just needed a place to rest before our next flight. One think I do have to say, the coffee machine was not in any of the rooms. Did not see a kettle or any sort of coffee machine in the rooms. Not sure if you have to request it or not, but again, weren’t there long enough to care.

The location was ok, good staff

I stayed for 5 nights. The hotel didn’t serve breakfast for 4 days on time and didn’t serve at all for 1 day. I also found a cockroach on the 4th floor. The room should have had kitchenware but no fry pan or pot.

This was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I've had. All of the staff were extremely friendly, my room was huge, and the hotel is in a good location. On the last day of my trip, I met the owner of the hotel who was very friendly and offered us a farewell tea. If I'm ever staying in Casablanca again, this will be my spot.

This hotel is really a gem in the heart of Casablanca. The suites are amazingly big and open. The service is out standing, especially Mohammed at the front desk. He was really helpful and willing to assist in anyway possible. I will definitely go back to the same hotel in my next visit. It really deserves the 5 star hotel rank.

Very very dirty hotel, bedding filthy with nauseous smell as if you were in slautery graveyard, only one towel was there and that was stained with blood, the poor receptionist did changed, however he was terrified when I told him this was filmed on mobile. Breakfast horrible we had to go out for fill up. The bathroom very dirty and smelly. For assumed 4* you expect tea and water in room! Non provided. Enterace of the level 3 which was the room located filthy and gives smell of dead rat, No view, the noise of street and down stair bar music terrible Staff were ok

Never use the hotel because Expedia didn’t show me the hotel in my booking

Large room with renovated bathroom and en-suite kitchen. Upgraded when we arrived. Friendly and helpful staff. Checked in and attended swiftly to all our needs. Located within walking distance of some nice parks and restaurants. Short taxi ride to the shore. Only con- please include more towels in bathroom and floor towel. Tile is slippery. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

It’s a good value hotel but it’s not very well maintained, needs more housekeeping. Towels don’t look too cleaned , not the best quality or white washed , shower stall needs to be more cleaned .
