The property was clean, excellent breakfast and super friendly staff. My ONLY complaint was that the property is on the older size. Overall I really enjoyed it.

It was a lovely place. The room was clean, the shower was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to stay the next time we’re in Londrina 😊.

The hotel is great! Everything was in great condition! The staff was outstanding! The bellman took care of our luggage quickly and they were able to let us check in early, very nice after 15 hours traveling. The restaurant food and service was outstanding. We really enjoyed the Chateaubriand and linguado.

Bourbon uses to be good, 20 yeras ago. I rented one room. The bathroom ceiling had black spots all over . No ventilation. AC took forever to work. Next day had to upgrade to a better room,(classic suite) the decoration on their best room and is old and dark. Same furniture from The day the hotel was open. The hotel is old. I was probably never renovated. Don’t recommend

The hotel is a good business hotel, functional, clean and friendly, though is a little old now. Not totally user friendly for wheelchair users with 2 ramps on the ground floor. It is in the town centre and a safe area, but not a lot of facilities within walking distance. Restaurants are largely a taxi ride away. Fine for a couple of nights stay. Justifies a 3*/4* rating as restaurant has limited range in keeping with most hotels of this type. People usually go out to local restaurants.

hotel meets expectations

This is great hotel, it is not as new as other hotels however staff is very polite and experienced, the rooms are clean, you will have no issue staying in this hotel, besides, great location for Londrina.

Classic hotel, part of the city of Londrina history. A travel to the good old times and tradition (only have to show/pay for it at check out) believe it or not !! Mr. Joao at breakfast has been working at the hotel for 43 years. Another classic.

It was fair. The breakfast was great but the room service dinner were over priced and below average quality. Overall good experience.

The breakfast could have more options. I got 2 free water bottles and 2 sodas. That was great.

Localização central. Estacionamento vallet (cobrado). Café da manhã formidável. Atendimento excelente.

The hotel looks a bit dated and probably has its glorious days in the 70’s or 80’s. The staff are ever so kind and make up for it. Delicious breakfast. Bad WiFi, which was a problem as I was travelling for business. I only managed to connect in the lobby.

I upload some picture so everyone can see the terrible Hotel that Bourbon is The ceiling was molding and dirty, the shower door don't close completely, ac makes a lot noise from the window and so many more little things that is really bad, I did complain they move to the suite but was not that much more any good. I came from USA and I was thinking I'm getting a 4star Hotel and was not like that so for those reason and much more I don't recommend to anybody stay on this Hotel you better off go to the Boulevard next time that's where I'm going!
