C’était propre et on ne manquait de rien alors je recommande.

We had a nice quiet stay

We arrived 1 hour before check in. Exactly 6 cars in the parking lot and still had to pay $50 plus taxes to get room. There were multiple rooms to choose from but still the front desk had to follow management orders to charge $50. They rather have a room empty for 60 minutes and a frustrated customer. Plus the rooms are old smelly.

Very accommodating as an English speaker, very kind and patient staff. Room clean spacious and many useful amenities

Cet hôtel comprend un restaurant, une piscine et un spa. Le restaurant est abordable et la nourriture est bonne avec un personnel très gentil et serviable. Salle de bain très fonctionnel et propre. Le seul hic c’est qu’il y a encore du tapis dans les chambres en 2026 mais peut être y a-t-il des chambres rénovées, faudrait s’informer. La piscine intérieure ne semble pas chauffée.

Excellent service

Parfait pour un séjour en famille. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, la piscine et le spa sont parfaits et le restaurant de l'hôtel offre un déjeuner lève tôt sur semaine à 10$ qui est mieux que bien des déjeuners à 3 fois le prix. Confiture maison, smoothie de vrais fruits, vrai jambon effiloché. Franchement, nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Le personnel est courtois, les chambres propres. La tranquillité respecté. Facile d'accès et grand stationnement.

Pleasant stay for a business trip.

Le réfrigérateur gèle les aliments et il y avait des coccinelles prisonnières de toiles d'araignées au plafond. Le tapis me semblait peu propre. Un bon ménage me semble nécessaire.

The hotel is ok, but disappointing for a supposed 4 star. The decor is very dated, predominantly dark and brown with little light in the rooms. There is no bar or communal area at all, the restaurant is good for breakfast (we didn’t try the evening pasta bar) but seems limited and run as a separate venue to the hotel. This feels more like a motel where you have a reception. Desk and a room and that’s it, than a fully functioning hotel with services.

Some staff were friendly and welcoming. Maids neglected our room 2 days in a row, and our sign was on the front of the door asking to have our room cleaned etc. Told the concierge and he apologised and provided clean towels which helped. Day 2 same scenario, no maid service. Two different staff were aware there were issues with their cleaning staff but this doesn’t excuse our room not being cleaned. Others in our group did not receive maid service.

Jacuzzi and indoor pool. Resto on site $$. Excellent mattresses.
