Very nice boutique hotel with a nice breakfast buffet (for an extra cost of €15 each per day). We were there in late May, so the only complaint I had was with a long days there is daylight until 11 PM and the door to the bathroom, which is opaque, allows sunlight to come in from the bathroom window. The hotel was located about a block and a half from where the airport bus can drop you off or pick you up. It’s a bargain at five euros for a one-way trip.

Ok hotel. Pictures I saw when booking were much prettier than it really looks. Bedding was really good and comfortable. Good location.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my 4-night stay. The location is unbeatable—right by the Retiro Park, which is perfect if you want to go for a run. The staff were very nice and their English was good. The room itself was clean and well-designed, and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was a slight musty odor in the bathroom, seemingly due to a lack of an exhaust fan. Still a great choice and highly recommended!

Rooms need to be renovated - they were poorly maintained. Lack sound proofing. Floors creak. I would not go back there.

Hotel is located in an ideal neighborhood in Madrid. We had a beautiful room with two French doors and two small balconies. We are a family of four and were very happy with the size of our room. The hotel is situated between the grand Retiro park and the Center of Madrid. Bonus that there is a restaurant adjacent called Maura which provided a wonderful opportunity for food or cocktail hour. Can’t recommend this hotel or location more.

Hotel is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The restaurant beside the hotel is excellent, particularly for families with children, offering a welcoming atmosphere and a great menu that caters to all ages. The take away Nachos was very convenient for late night snake after a long walk in Madrid! The staff at the hotel are truly exceptional, very professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. They consistently went above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their helpfulness and friendliness made a real difference, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. A special thanks to Fatima, Juan Carlos, Anna, Allison, Rey and Virginia whose outstanding service and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking great hospitality, a convenient location, and a family-friendly environment.

Clean room, safe and near historic sites to visit. Reasonably price compared to surrounding hotels (it is near the Mandarin Oriental hotel). The taxi stand is right nearby and you can catch one easily. Its location is excellent, very convenient but quiet on a smaller inside street. We were able to walk from hotel to Puerto Del Sol, Plaza Mayor for dinner and even all the way to Palazio Del Madrid (albeit it took 25 mins walk) even at night. The Prado museum is literally a 5 mins walk. You won’t go wrong staying at this hotel.

Improve everything, especially breakfast. Or stop offering it. It is overpriced and not good. The only thing that is 5* about your hotel is the location and that is not your merit. The worst breakfast we have ever had! And it cost 67 euros for three people. You should apologize and give us our money back. The breakfast was probably the worst experience. I would never buy it again. It was more expensive than in the Four Seasons and corresponds to a cheap guesthouse. The omelette was inedible, no cheese, no fresh juice, cheap ingredients, unpleasant cellar environment.

Rooms were very nice. The 5 person room we got had a very nice private balcony. Also the hotel was within a few minutes walk off the Prado and the Parque de Los Retiros, definitely recommended
