Good spacious room

Good breakfast and interior spaces. Clean and modern room with good good toiletries. Views out of many rooms do not exist.

Awoken twice at 3 and 4am by guests banging on doors instead of getting extra door card to enter

The hotel furniture is old

Air conditions do not work very well.the smell of the hotel is very bad

Clean hotel, good location, nice gym and spa, need more friendly staff, good room service and fast.

Everything was good

Very good compare to my previous hotels where I stayed in Riyadh.. Bit out from the city centre and not a single taxi driver knows the place and some time hotel staff doesn't answer the phone to give directions!

Wifi was not available in my room. There was nothing they can do to fix it. I am here on business, I needed the wifi

It s really an amazing hotel. It s new, clean. I enjoyed my stat and i would definitely come again.

I am a regular here now and always feel extremely comfortable and well looked after. Public rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the bedrooms are modern and well-appointed, and the restaurant serves an excellent buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Actually this is my fourth stay at that hotel , very covenient in location , and 5 stars service.

Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out,room was great i was upgraded to a junior suite , location is only few minutes from the center.

På det hela taget - bra och fint hotell! Var ibland svårt att kommunicera på engelska. Bad om ett extra täcke men det gick inte att ordna. Mejlade hotellet innan och frågade om transfer från flygplatsen men fick inget svar. Sköna sängar och ok frukost. Är glutenintolerant och efterfrågade glutenfria alternativ men det gick inte att ordna.
