Overall, the hotel was nice and comfortable. However, the unstable internet connection, which frequently came and went, was a bit frustrating. I was also surprised to find that there wasn’t even a kettle in the room to prepare a hot drink. On top of that, since there was nothing available in the room, I picked up a coffee from the kitchen and was charged for it, which was disappointing.

YIT Casa Grande was extremely clean and easy to walk around.

The reception is close at 11pm until 7am, the room on the ground floor and is 3 meters from the table breakfast , this is not a four stars hotel😕

Check-in very easy and the staff were so helpful. I recommend this hotel, it’s a few minutes walk from the main square and market.

Nice place to stay but not sure if it’s a 4 star hotel. No reception between11pm-7am. Felt more like a guest house than a hotel, the location was good and breakfast was decent as well, but again not a 4 star hotel

Ten mins walks from train station. Ten mins walk if that to great bars and restaurants. Comfy bed, great shower, excellent aircon in 39 degree heat. Extremely clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and set up in a lovely space. Always a faint perfume smell in the building but pleasant and not overpowering. Lovely roof terrace and if I have any negatives, it would only be that they should make of that. Would not hesitate to stay again. Excellent stay for an excellent price.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The bathroom was spacious and had a bidet which is always appreciated. Breakfast was excellent! We also enjoyed the little bar in the evening! After check in I mentioned that I was really missing hanving a tea service in the room. When we returned from our day outing, a tea service had been brought to our room! We so enjoyed and appreciated that! I would definitely stay again!

Convenient

This property was comfortable and convenient and pretty, and walking distance to bus station and all attractions.

This property isn’t at all what is advertised here on Expedia. Maybe it was twenty years ago but I wouldn’t even give it three stars. Expedia customer service was completely un- helpful and refused to refund when we went out on our own to find an alternative place to stay. I think we are done using Expedia for anything. They just cannot be trusted.

Good stay. I think the " Boutique" discription is exagerrated. Plain room, no bath products, no coffee maker and a great rooftop but no bar service, just loungers to enjoy the sun/ view. Staff are friendly and helpful and location is good

Parking was not convenient at all, long way to take luggage, and no real place to park to unload at the hotel very busy area of town. And restaurants were closed until 8:00 and when we asked for a place we could eat, the hotel reception recommended a place we had to walk to and she didnt mention that the won't be open for another 2 hours. Not impressed

The hotel was is a convenient location and it was beautiful. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and it was a pleasure being there. We will definitely go back and certainly recommend it.

Conveniently placed to see and taste the best of Jerez

This hotel is in the city center, we could walk everywhere. The employees were very nice and competent in their jobs, I will be staying there again when I visit Jerez next time

Great place for couple days!

Very close to the train station. Also there are several Framenco restaurants in walking distance.

Easy walking to center. Our room had an internal window on a corridor and was extremely small. We coyldn't open the curtain as it was a corridor so it felt claustrophobic.
