Rooms are outdated First room - aircon wasn’t working properly and kept on making noises. Bathroom was also smelly. We complained and asked for a change of room, few hours later got a better room. The carpets in every room needing flattening or renewing. Breakfast wasn’t nice at all - same food every morning The area the hotel is in is rough Otherwise hotel is only a 10 minute walk to downtown msheireb

Room was good, but felt like a budget hotel

The building is old with outdated rooms. unsanitary carpet with so many stains. Bathroom was unsanitary due to molds around the grouts. Very uncomfortable experience! Does not look like a 4star hotel.

Easy walk to the main market Souq Waquif. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was standard with small bathroom and comfortable bed. Would stay here again, especially for the price!
