Clean room staff amazing

Super hôtel et très bon accueil

Lovely experience

The positive side of this hotel is that it is quiet and comfortable. We arrived on Sunday and there was no staff to ask any questions. We went out to dinner on Monday and when we arrived, we couldn’t access the hotel because the code they gave us wasn’t working. We were outside at night for over 30 minutes. We called the number at the gate but it was going to voicemail. We later learned that we needed to call the number next to the gate code. The next day we talked to the hotel about our access troubles and their only answer was that they changed the code and forgot to give us the new code. No sorry, no acknowledgement of the troubles we went through. Due to this experience, our kids think that Bordeaux is the worst place ever. We had great times in the area but never had issues like this.

This hotel wasn’t what I expected. No front desk staff after 7. Room had one full bed and a loveseat type of sofa to sleep on. Had to ask for sheet for it-it was vinyl. Paid for 2 breakfasts and there was hardly anything being served-no eggs left and the rest of the food was scarce.

The room was lodged and clean and well equipped. And the staff was gracious and courteous.

A clean, comfortable hotel with ample parking and it is a great alternative to central Bordeaux. The staff was super - I had a medical issue and they were very attentive and helped me get to doctor. I wish I could have stayed longer but I do hope to be back.

A nice, small, family-owned hotel with a pool and spa area, and a restaurant with the most exquisite food. What I missed in the building was a lift - as all the rooms are on the first and second floors and I was not the only guest with bad knees or hips. Also the stairs to get into and out of the pool are very high and hard to climb for a slightly disadvantaged older person. The sauna door has a gap at the bottom which lets cold air flow in and prevents the sauna from getting hot enough to fulfil its purpose. So, there is room for improvement! But the wonderful dinner and the friendliness of the staff and owners made up for it.

Great food and services, the room clean and in a very convenience and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to central shopping center and highway.

Service was pleasant, and although there was mistake made by the Hotel, Mme. Isabelle took complete responsibility for it and made everything possible to atone and fix it. Breakfast is regular for France, but I needed a specific `diet item` and it was procured just for me to have it. The spa is excellent, spacious pool and perfect well maintained steam- and dry-sauna. Room and amenities are quite basic.

La petite bouteille d’eau evian dans le bar facturée 4€ est légèrement exagérée 🙁

Voiture vandalisée dans le parking privé de l'hotel, devant la camera, la chambre non chauffée et louer alors meme qu'il y a des travaux dans celle-ci, hotel à éviter !!!!

Chambre bien mais quelques défault : trace de moisissure qu plafond. Pomme de douche défaillante avec reglage de l'eau chaude compliqué. Mention pour le petit déjeuner excellent.

Le personnel était agréable est accueillant, la chambre propre et bien aménagé, seul petit bémol pour les deux matelas 1 place qui n'était pas reliée entre eux.

Nous avons passé un très bon à l’hôtel : Accueil, spa, chambre, petit déjeuner continental copieux avec des produits maisons 👍 Tram à 200ms pour aller à Bordeaux centre ou au matmut stade atlantique tout était parfait 🙏 nous reviendrons

Les horaires d'accès au SPA n'étaient pas compatible avec mon emploi du temps. Dommage que le restaurant ne soit ouvert que le jeudi et vendredi soir. La chambre était confortable mais la salle de bain un peu étroite et un peu usée. Sinon la literie très agréable et l'espace chambre très spacieux. Le petit déjeuner est correct. L'acceuil de l'hotel très agréable. Attention, je n''ai pas vu d'ascenceur pour monter à l'étage.

Le spa est payant et ferme à 19h un peu tôt quand on est en déplacement professionnel et que l'on arrive à 18h30/19h La femme de chambre qui rentre alors que vous n'avez pas encore quitté la chambre à part cela hôtel correct et propre je mettrai un bémol sur l'insonorisation qui est loin d'être idéale
