All great. Super helpful front desk Clerk. She provided lots of information on Chatham and also gave me a list of festivities going on in and around Chatham. super friendly.

Clean and comfortable hotel with hot breakfast. Connie and the receptionist at the morning were super helpful. The lady at the breakfast was very kind and warm and patiently offered eggs and bacon to everyone. Will definitely recommend this hotel. It's at a comfortable location with shell petroleum and Tim Hortons within a few steps away

The double room was supplied with 2 bath towels and 2 face clothes, very inconvenient when the room was a double and was booked for 3 guests. Also the refillable soap bottle was empty. First floor quests get reserved parking spaces, which are not well marked, so we were told to move our vehicle. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to be informed of that when checking into the hotel. No elevator in the building, so make sure you pack light!

Staff were very accomodating. We were able to switch rooms to the 1st floor. Breakfast was very good. Servers were extremely kind. Would definitely stay there again.

Les toilettes étaient constamment bouchées, sinon tout etait très bien.

Staff was exceptional, reception person at check in called us in room to make sure we had all we needed. Also at check in she gave us information as to what was happening in the area and provided a map of how to get there. Room was spacious and clean, mattress was comfortable, parking was excellent, close to room. Kitchen staff person in morning asked if we would like bacon and eggs and it was served promptly and hot.

La chambre était propre. Le personnel serviable et bel accueil. Il y a du tapis dans les chambres et les chambres sont petites (à 4, on se pile sur les pieds!). Il y a un bain douche, mais il aurait besoin d'être mis au goût du jour, ca ne me tentait pas de l'utiliser). Les lits étaient confortables. C'est correct pour une nuit, mais pas le goût de rester longtemps dans cette petite chambre. Le déjeuner est correct.

Excellent hôtel and the service was great!

Evening front desk staff was incredibly fun and welcoming. Hotel itself is very, very basic. Our room was next to the gym and a hall door without a soft close - constant, extreme slamming/dropping/thudding from 5:30am onward.

Not a great stay. Room wasn’t very clean and our tv didn’t work. Sort of what I expected for this caliber of hotel, but I’d be much more forgiving if we didn’t pay $350 for a night. The lady at front desk was excellent however, so friendly and accommodating.

Across the street from Tim Hortons and walking distance to the new maritime music festival I also a big fan of drive up and park in front of your room door
