Pool area is very nice, and the bar opens at 1. Staff was very helpful. We stayed in a room right near the kitchen courtyard so we could hear everything. We could also her the traffic cop for most of our stay. The noise wasn't too bad, but if you are noise sensitive ask for a different room.

Absolutely lovely hotel. This is our second time staying at Hotel de la Parra. First time it was just my husband and I and this time we brought our kids, grandparents, and cousins. Clean and spacious room, super friendly staff, great amenities, and perfect location.

Not only was this place gorgeous but it was comfortable and the staff was really nice. I loved the location. The staff was flexible with the things we needed. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place to relax and unwind. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with great options and excellent service. The hotel grounds were well maintained and created the perfect atmosphere for a peaceful getaway. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and local food stands nearby, making it easy to enjoy authentic local cuisine. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Excellent location, clean, quiet, very helpful staff. The pool was smaller than we expected it to be, but apart from that we had a wonderful time and would very highly recommend.

Pool was fantastic, location was amazing could walk to everything. Note for hotel: please add towel racks or hooks in the bathroom, there was no where to hang wet towels. Also adding mirror to the main room would be helpful for people to do their hair and makeup while someone was in the bathroom.

The hotel lobby and pool area were cute. We booked a junior suite and found the room to be uninviting, windows non-existent and bathroom was very small.

Great location to the Zocalo. Most restaurants and cafe and bars are close by. Staff was very friendly. For the price it is worth the stay. If you want high end, then pay alil more and stay elsewhere. But for a decent price and safe and friendly stay, this was great.

The staff was super helpful with getting my lost luggage from my flight back to me. It really made my vacation wonderful thank you!!!🙏

Great hotel and excellent location.

Well, the hotel don’t have any amenities you have to go out of the hotel to look for it. I’ve been in this hotel, many many times and they need to renovated. I know they’re trying to keep it a little bit like All hotel, but to be honest with you it’s very expensive and it’s to all the furniture is really all the bed that I really all.

Breakfast menu was delicious!

Clean rooms. Jr suite spacious for family of 4. Pool is lovely oasis tucked in the back with occasional drink service. Breakfast is great. Location 1 block from zocalo on street where cars cannot drive, making it a great walking area.

Hotel was amazing and beautiful and the staff was very nice and attentive. Will definitely come back.

The check-in felt like an interruption. However another colleague was more polite & energetic at front desk. The room was old, but clean. We assume we were given an interior patio room because we came with the dog, might also be the reason for old. There was zero service in the hotel for a quick drink or bite.

Everything is clean, the staff are friendly. No quiero sonar tan exigente, pero tienes que ser cuidadoso con su política porque si tienes un problema y no pudieras
