Very convenient location, and the free beach and airport shuttle made it less stressful, especially for firat-time travelers. Staff were friendly and the rooms are kept clean.

Amazing! Super customer service from check in to check out! Restaurant was great for dinner. We loved the breakfast buffet. When our driver was late Leity was on it! Julia checked us in and made sure our room was ready when our plans changed and we arrived early.

The staffs are very friendly, Yeuri and kenia make sure everything was ok. They are wonderful staffs. The buffet breakfast was amazing alot of things to choose from. The beds were very comfortable no complain...The breakfast fee should be included in the pricing and the $20 each night fee should be included in the pricing.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The cleaning was excellent. From my check in through out the lobby, bar, buffet and pool and especially the service was excellent!!! I’ll be Back!!! :)

This property gave 5-star services from the time we stepped out our car. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable about everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The shuttle service to the beach and airport was superb.

it was nice experience to be able to see different cultures and traditions, people was very nice and welcoming, around the area, you were able to walk around the city, and eat at the restaurants , the hotel was very nice and friendly, i would like to go back again!

Expensive but great place to stay. Breakfast was very good and great variety.

You must walk to Yeya's cafe in the little Punta Cana village across the street. Pet the cats, eat the mofongo, enjoy the atmosphere. Four points staff and location itself was honest, clean, and nice.

The property is located in unique area and every thing in the room nice but just one thing is missing is no fridge in the room which is inconvenient to me.

The safe in the room batteries went low in the night resulting in nonstop beeping like a smoke alarm would do. No way to fix it we had to change rooms at 4am

Property was so worth is so close by the air port not even 10 min away and theirs food walking distance from the hotel just across the street, and the food in the hole was good as well and the best part the room come with $20 food or drinks Credith and don’t talk about the bar in the lobby it was great.
