Great location, clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Excellent service. Two nights for business. Would stay again and recommend.

The breakfast was very good, the room was good, unfortunately, they had a water heater problem, so on the first day/night, they had no hot water in the shower. But otherwise, the room was great.

The property was great for what I needed for my business trip, unfortunately I did not have time to make use of the spa or gym so cannot comment on those. There was a good selection for breakfast and it was operating within a good time period. The food in the restaurant was great, especially with the Caipirinha which is the best one I have had so far (I've tried a few). Only negative for me was the rainfall shower head attachment to the ceiling was not great, there was a gap in the ceiling and the shower head was just resting on one side of the hole and was free to move around and has the potential to be unsafe.

Location

I would compare this hotel to a Motel 6 with a heliport. Will not be our go to place for Campinas, to many better choices. We were looking forward to the Italian restaurant in the hotel, the staff in the restaurant ignored us as they fawned over tables with “important people”. We were finally served, marginal service, mediocre food.

Great staff, outstanding breakfast and location. A very minor reservation error after I added one more day but immediately resolved at the front desk. Good value but if you want really modern, fancy rooms there are better options but at higher prices. For me, a very good balance between value, location and comfort.

Stayed many times at Vitoria. Best hotel in Campinas

Liked the location. Are was safe and quite after hours. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of foods to choose from. Bathroom cleanliness could have been better. Overall a good week long stay.

On the surface, this hotel might look like a great option for a stay in Campinas, however, the reception crew for the afternoon hours of October 10th/2025 were strangely snob and unfriendly. The panoramic view room is an illusion they sell. It is simply a room with large windows that does not justify paying the extra fee. Stained upholstery(couches)in room, hairs in shower, only one bath towel per guest, breakfast with not-so courteous personnel (not to mention the lack of breakfast-like food variety that is usually found in similar hotels in the region). Additionally, a few actual guests of the hotel were plain rude and impolite which made our stay extra unpleasant. The aggravations and extremely uncomfortable experience we went through during our short stay, prompted me to write this detailed review in order to warn other future guests hoping they will find alternate lodging options and avoid booking this hotel at all costs. Maybe this hotel was a great stay option in the past, but that reality has changed drastically.
