Hotel staff were excellent. The hotel did not have any amenities that were promoted in the website (pool, Gym). It was a lot of noise from the nightclub.

Old, parking is bad. Don’t trust the reviews.

We had issues with our air conditioner for a day and night, thought it was because of the club and would eventually start working soon but it didn’t however when reported we were relocated to another room. The breakfast menu was limited and the servers knew no English so it was difficult to order

Great environment and attention

The hotel has very convenient location. The hotel looks like is in renovation and looks not so well maintained. The rooms have missing supplies, also the room was dirty , the floor dirty , the shower dirty. I was for just 1 night and I don’t think to recommend this place at all.

The Front Desk Associate "Edwin " was very professional and helpful. Mrs. Anne from Housekeeping kept my room in excellent condition. The female Front Desk Associate with glasses was also very professional.

The bedsheets didn't look changed. The floor was dirty. They have a disco Friday and Saturday all night long on the 9th floor that is so loud you can't sleep.

The worst lodging experience and service I have ever had in my life. The staff so rude and the room was no clean and the bathroom was with a lot dust That hotel has a nightclub on the 9th floor, and they assigned us room 806, right below the nightclub. I called reception because the music from the nightclub was just as loud in our room. They told me they couldn't move us and that the nightclub closed at 5:00 a.m. We couldn't sleep at all. I had to wait until 6:00 a.m. to leave the hotel and find another place to stay. I recorded a lot video that I can send you . , that you can hear the music from the disco It was literally like I was in a nightclub and not in a room.

The first room they assigned to us had semen stains on the sheets and a strong humidity; second room had black hair on the pillows (very old and uncomfortable pillows). Breakfast wasnt a buffet but an a la carte menu, not bad, not good. Guest service was polite and responsive. For us wasnt worth the price.
