Nice Hotel and excellent customer service I recommend it

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has this elegant and majestic stile. Very close to the Airport 15 minutes away which was very convenient as we had early flights to Madrid.

Was a very plaisant stay staff helpful and good breakfast Was missing the kettle or coffee machine

Just for one night on our way to visit family the hotel was very pleasant & set menu dinner was good . We did not have time to use the spar which looked excellent

Amazing “palace” in Asturias. It stands on a hill and the view is one of the best in the world. Wonderful staff too and super clean. Free parking is nice too. The room is very nice with high ceiling

we. recommend the property ,staff & property is excellent . beware to check the room air cinditioner room 105 did not work , they brought us a fan that helped. be sure to reqest a room on the event center side because with the windows open the pack of dogs in the village will keep you ip all night. not just a few barks , howling fighting yelping & barking all night . book this place it is great , just adk gor an event center side room & working air

the breakfast has no variety for the price they put and it is in a Zotano without any view

The building is an old building that has been done over into a wondeful, comfortable hotel.

The property was clean but older. So I saw a couple loose tiles on the ceiling and one in the tub. Decor is a little outdated but the building structure was very pretty.

A real Mirador. The views are very nice, and the hotel is nicely decorated and room is very comfortable. Breakfast is quite basic but overall OK.
