This hotel went above and beyond. The staff waited after hours for my party to arrive and then called to ensure I was still coming. When I told them I wouldn't be there till 4am they surprised me and said they could make arrangements so I could still stay. The location is beautiful and I will be staying again soon.

We made a last minute reservation for what we thought was a short drive from Garmish-P ( re;hotels.com) however after a long drive we happily arrived at a beautiful hotel in an area that we have never been to in Austria. We were were welcomed by the owner , a lovely lady who was quite helpful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good. And the breakfast buffet was excellent, great choices. We highly recommend this hotel and this beautiful hiking, skiing area. Hope to come back. One small complaint " free wi-Fi is limited to 500 megabytes .

Typically I don't really care about hotel amenities because I'm just there to sleep. However, after a hike through the Alps in the morning (yep, they are right there), I was able to go walk back to the hotel from the trailhead and get a massage and enjoy the sauna. The staff really was incredible, especially considering how small it is. You really can't beat this hotel for the price.

Personale molto gentile e accogliente. SPA non grandissima anche se la sauna finlandese é enorme e ben gestita. Piscina esterna riscaldata molto carina. Consiglio di fare più accoglienza per l’assistenza e indicazione ai molti servizi presenti ma non ben visibili come la stanza dell’astrattore per estratti di ottima frutta fresca. Quindi chiedete che c’è tutto
