The location is amazing, only a 15-20 minute train ride on RER A to Disneyland. But unfortunately, the staff is really unfriendly and has trouble understanding English. The rooms are pretty basic and not very clean. On the bright side, they have a good continental breakfast and the hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants just around the corner, all within walking distance. Just thought you should know before considering this place.

This has a great location. 15-20min train (RER A) to disneyland and approx 40 minutes to Paris city centre. Reception staff was very nice, but management should probably have a word with housekeeping to get rooms prepared better. Breakfast was OK. Although it's buffet and quality is okay you can't complain at it. We were 2 adults and 2year old baby and rooms were bit too small. It's perfect for 2 adults. Location is also very good as there's around 20 restaurants just around the corner, pharmacy and should you need to go to big Carrefour.

Good location for restaurants, train stations and dinners. However personal really unfriendly. Issues: - asked for separated bedroom but we got queen bed size. They said not possible to change room because we travelled in group. - we could not get a extra blanquet because the blanquet room was closed - we were forced to go to a room were the breaks fast was for our group. There was not eggs, not enough bread for everybody and a shallow version is the “normal” breakfast - stuff almost do not speak English - stuff very unfriendly and unhelpful. They should go an follow a course in many sense. Resume: will not back to this hotel, neither recommended it. Better options around for the same or cheaper price

Great location for if you’re visiting Disneyland but would AVOID this hotel. Our first room had a cockroach in it which we went and showed evidence to at the reception. We then had the no cleaning sign on the door the next day as we didn’t want anyone entering our room where we came back to that being ignored and a valuable item of clothing was taken from our room. Went to reception to question this to the receptionist then saying they couldn’t understand our English. AVOID
