Spacious room but poorly maintained. Very good Breakfast both Turkish and intercontinental food Bell hop very attentive and helpful

the hotel is much less than expectation. bathroom is terrible and food is less than normal.

25/26 housekeeping didn't put free water for both rooms, on 25 also toilet didn't put toilet paper.

A comfortable hotel in a good location, offering the level of serviceexpected of 4 star. The staff are friendly and helpful Plenty of restaurants nearby

When i checked in at 2:45 pm,the front desk told me that my room will be ready in 15 min. Then, 45 min later i went back and asked them about my room if its ready ? They said which room ! They forgot about me !!! At 3:50 pm they managed to find me a room .Paying $700 for 2 nights at a 4 star hotel i expected better reception & service !!!!! Best regards,, Mohd Al Hitmi Qatar

It is was very good, the over stay very good except they have loud music in 6 th floor and we can hear the sound s and the insulation between rooms not as it should be, staff friendly , parking staff very helpful and fast services

the floor and toilets were dirty but the staff was so friendly

Wourvrooms were not the same type We had to switch room to a smaller one before changing to a larger following day Not ver pleasant specially with children Wifi is very slow if works at all Breakfast is acceptable but daily variations is much appreciated specially your choice of cereals

The only problem was is my room bed was round if i sleep at the edge my leg and head out of the bed board :) but other wise it was perfect

Hersey gayet derli toplu. Calisanlar yardimsever, lokasyon iyi. Tesekkur ederiz.

Odalar temiz. Kahvaltı mükemmel Güleryüzlü ve nazik çalışanlar

Gayet temiz. Odalar çok büyük. Herkes çok ilgili. Tek eksisi odalarda çok fazla tekstil ürünü var. Yerler komple kalın halı, perdeler, koltuklar vs. Nefes darlığı çeken vs olursa rahat edemez. Burun tıkanıklığı vs yapıyor.

Otel çalışanlarına ayrı ayrı teşekkürlerimi iletmek istiyorum otel çok temiz. Yemekleri ise harika tavsiye ediyorum
