I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and found it to be a well-appointed property with a strong attention to overall presentation. The amenities offered were plentiful, and the hotel itself is clearly well maintained. The rooms are notably spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—perfect for a restful and relaxing stay. Service throughout my visit was polished and consistent with the standards one would expect from a high-end property. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and professional, and the check-in process was seamless and efficient. As the hotel is positioned as a five-star experience, there were a few minor details that could be elevated. The presence of carpet in the room felt slightly dated, the bathroom trash can was broken, and the iron and ironing board appeared worn. Additionally, the shower cap box was not stocked. These were relatively small oversights and did not detract significantly from an otherwise very enjoyable stay. I would gladly return and look forward to experiencing this property again in the future.

Live Aqua Urban Resort Mexico City is amazing! From the moment we arrived, the service was welcoming and helpful. Our room was huge with a great city view, a super comfy bed, blackout curtains, and an incredible bathroom that felt like a whole separate suite. The gym is fully equipped, and the spa looked fantastic. The restaurant served delicious meals and the open-kitchen concept was really cool — plus the bar made great drinks. Loved that we could walk right into the mall next door for shops and dining. A+ experience all around. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
