It was good for the price

Overall the hotel is fine, but the room i stay is supposed be non smoking room but soon i entry I smell like someone smoke there. The breakfast is good 3 star. Need put microwave in all rooms.

Friendly and efficient front desk and breakfast staff. I did have to ask more than once for more towels and for the trash to be taken out.

I like the size of the room, great space. Food wise, need more option for keto, carnivore, and vegan. Just be simple, not need to mix beef and eggs or cheese. One source of protein. I like the boiled eggs.

The receptionist was totally unfriendly and rude. I had a toddler with me (my niece) after flying 12 hours and she made me get her pill mom after picking you my niece from another town so we could check in

The check in process is quite slow. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. Location is convenient for access to roads that take you all over the city. The staff was helpful

We only booked one night as a stopover and arrived after 10pm to find a clean hotel. Staff very friendly but limited in speaking English, yet they still managed to cook a meal we ordered

I had a very pleasant stay at Quality hotel Rio. The staffs were friendly, breakfast tasty and a nice outdoor pool!

The hotel facilities and the rooms are run down. Check in and check out delays too much. No line is made and three rooms checking in or out, becomes already a mess, although the staff is gentle and nice. Breakfast is not that great. Rooms do not have great amenities.

When I arrived, they could not find my paid Expedia reservation - the first time ever. They would not even try to contact Expedia until I made a fuss. After staying there a week and contacting Expedia myself confirming my paid reservation and getting them to call the hotel, the hotel staff STILL tried to charge me in full on my debit card without telling me. I have had to cancel this card. This hotel is by nothing at all - $50 cab ride to beaches minimum, none of the local cab drivers know where it is. No sidewalks by hotel walked dirty streets past dead chickens and cats to the pharmacy a block away. Hotel charged my son and I $250 for a transfer to the Samba parade which took 2 1/2 hours as they were lost! Do not stay here!!!
