This is my second time to stay in Conrad Seoul! Yes, you don't need to doubt it for Conrad's facilities and services. Spacious room, nice decoration and friendly staff. And for me the most important thing from the hotel room is the toilet, it must be clean and comfortable, and the amenities are too cool! They use Shanghai Tang's product, the fragrance is super nice! For breakfast, if 1-10 for me is at 8, the food is delicious, but unfortunately there aren't too many choices. But Conrad Fruit Danish is a must try menu! Definitely will come again!

Rooms are very spacious, location is great, staffs are very friendly & helpful. Would comeback here again if I ever go back to seoul again 🖤

wifi very slow and not helpful. got a request for early check in but had to pay 60k krw for it.

I think the location is pretty far from everywhere. the staff is not as helpful as other 5 star hotel should be and no WIFI in the room

Good place for taking rest... near sungai hang... and they have a great room

Very clean. A little bit expensive because I book from travel agent valid for 1 person instead of 2 (my bad). Over all good. Good meal. But the minus is we have to pay for room wifi. 5 stars hotel should provide wifi in room for free.
