I was at the hotel for a business trip. The hotel was very clean, the clerk at the check in was very friendly and courteous. The room very clean. The only problem we had was other guests in the hotel was running around and being loud late into the night.

Great hotel, clean, quite located in a great spot near everything. Good for parents of FLCC students.

Good hotel. Comfortable bed. Breakfast offered biscuits & gravy, premade omlets, pancakes, yogurt, bagels, sweet rolls, cold cereal. Hotel is a little older, but the pool was warm enough to swim in. We were here 2 nights. The front desk clerks were very friendly. Would definately stay again.

Great location

The bathroom door didn't latch properly, there were sunflower seeds on the carpet and there was food left in the fridge from previous guests.

There were some hair in the bathroom floor and vents were durty.

Visiting great grandpa in Canandaigua and we loved the hotel. Nice pool. Looking forward to going back.

When we arrived there was no one around to check us in, we walked around looking for a few mins and called the hotel a few times . Finally like 10 mins later someone showed up . Other then that it was good

If I had known I couldn’t use the phone in my room, I would never have chosen this hotel. I didn’t have a cell phone and was unable to travel anywhere. There was no real resolution to my problem, I feel I should be refunded for my first night’s star.

They are very acomidating for me as i use a cane . They gave me a room where i needed it.

This was a good hotel for staying at to attend a conference in the area. It is basic but clean- comfortable bed and goo hot water.

It was noticeable that the hotel was severely understaffed. All trash cans were overflowing at all hours of the day. What we found was the worst was how thin the walls were. The sounds of doors slamming until 2 a.m. children running and a strong odor of cigarette in the stairwell. Only one outlet worked in the room.

We arrived at 6 o’clock and had a 4 o’clock check in. The room was not ready and we had to wait 30 minutes before going into the room. Overall, the room was clean, except that the tile floor in the foyer area was very sticky on our shoes. The beds were very comfortable and everything else was clean. The first floor was clean, except for the hallway near the elevators had garbage on the floor and spilled, dried up sticky liquid.
