I didn’t have breakfast today, but I have been eating here before; the rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly and respectful. This is the 4th time I’ve been in this hotel.

The room was clean, friendly staff, tasty and fresh breakfast with a wide variety of options (fruit, yoghurt, eggs, Bread, sweets, vegetables, bacon etc), locaties close to Salvador shopping, bus stop and others

This was a perfect place to stay! It was super clean and conveniently located near the mall. Gui and Renata were fantastic! However, I wish Roberto at the front desk had the same positive attitude and provided better customer service instead of making assumptions about things he was not knowledgeable about.

I did not like the breakfast

El desayuno era variado. Con opciones de huevos y tapioca al gusto. Fruta fresca y algunos tipos de pan. Me gustó la piscina.

Appearance of the Lobby personal was not so good. Mattress was in really bad condition, not compare to hotel standards. The Hotel was clean and the conditions were good enough to sleep, however it doesn't provide a "Hotel" type of experience, nothing special.

Was good stay on this hotel... probably I will come back next year... but is a little strange pay for garage if I'm pay for stay on the hotel... I really don't like that!

A very pleasant stay with good amenities and central location.

This is a very modern hotel with very nice and stylish rooms. It seems the rooms are all situated on higher floors, so you get a beautiful view on the city. The staff is very friendly, and there is always someone who speaks English. The hotel has an amazing facility - a very large outdoor and indoor pool with a view on the city. A great gym, and rooms for spending time with your friends (if you came as a big group) The room service is very good, and the meals are very generous. The neighbourhood is very nice with two large malls nearby, and little cafes and pharmacies around. The only minus is the wifi, you only get a strong signal from the reception. Definitely would recommend this hotel, if you aren't planning to work from your room :)

Clean, comfortable, but small room. 3 amazing pools, I had a had time finding the hotel, and if you drive pass it, the streets in Salvador are in such way that there is no easy turn about, (obviously nothing to do with the hotel itself, but still adds to the frustration) .

We were very impressed with the hotel. The rooms were newly renovated, all modern. Would def come back. 2 miles to great mall.

Slow check in but they tried hard

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Salvador. The room was massive and very clean. Our room has a big balcony overlooking the city which was great. It is only 5 minute walk to a big shopping centre. I would definitely stay there again in my next visit.
