Staff was great and friendly.

Our stay was Most Excellent! The staff were all friendly and very helpful. From the front desk, housekeeping and Management! Breakfast was so delicious and had a wide variety to choose from, even my 6 yr old picky eater didnt have to have his usual McDonald's. Will definitely be staying here on my next Visit to Hobbs, NM and recommending to All my friends and family. I cant say enough about the staff! They all deserve 11 out of 10 stars 🌟 and i never give anyone 10 out of 10...because there is always something that can be improved on.

Thin walls, late night drunk people coming in. Beds were uncomfortable.

Good service

The service was good, room was fine. Only two minor issues. First, the pancake machine was off or out of order, which was disappointing. Second, unlike some other hotels there was no bottled water in the room. Instead you could buy a bottle of Dasani at the front desk. Water isn't that expensive, having it at the ready for your guests would have been nice.

Great stay. Good food. Everyone was very helpful and.friendly. Hot tub and pool were clean and very relaxing. Will definitely return.

Very clean, friendliest hotel staff I have dealt with in a while! The room was as advertised they even offer you free toothbrush etc if you forgot yours at home just ask! The breakfast was good I do wish they had the option of a plain bagel too but something for most people for sure and it's included so why not. We have our son in college here so will will be staying here again

Room smelled like feet, lobby was extremely hot both afternoon and for breakfast.

Very quick to respond to inquiries about hotel and very knowledgeable about the area. We got out a little late(my fault) no hurry to get us out very understanding. Loved the pool and hot tub.

A/C and refrigerator did not work properly. AC lack of functionality left room very warm until about 2AM. Not sure about the rest of the property but this is what happened in Rm 309. Staff was good.

We reported the floor being wet by the air conditioner that my husbands socks got wet to the front desk they said we would get a discount and I looked at my statement and no discount was made we were charged full price including the unexpected fee of 25$. We love staying at these facilities but do right by what we report cause it’s a lot of money to pay for one night.
