Everything was great. This hotel is very strategic, near Tamachi and Mita station. If you want to go to Shibuya/Harajuku, it is very near.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I tried laundering my clothes there.

Near station. Easy to traveling

This was my first time to Japan and I experienced the Japanese people's honesty and hospitality. I thought I lost my credit card, but the hotel staff found it and returned it to me. Thank you so so much. You guys are wonderful people.

Nice place to stay in Tokyo, the neighborhood also nice.

The neighborhood was so quiet and calming, not too crowded. It's perfect after going out to Shibuya or any busy area, then you go home and feeling so restful. Surrounded by any kinds of konbini, makes me so easy to get any snacks or drinks at night. The cleanliness was OK, room size just typically Japanese hotel very compact but nice and cozy. Also, the front desk was really helpful, will definitely back here later for my next trip to Tokyo.

Close to Tamachi station, nice clean hotel and the room is also like a Tokyo hotel 😁. No bottled water (they said tap water is drinkable) this is an office location so it is not suitable for staying here for a vacation (better in Shinjuku).

Check in and check out with a machine, but there are still hotel staff who can help. Hotel amneties such as toothbrushes, shower caps, face masks, cleansing oil, moisture oil are provided in the hotel lobby and can be taken by yourself. Disadvantages: the staff in the dining room are not very friendly (Chinese), the food is delicious.

Close from Tamachi station JY line. Self check in an check out, very convinient and very generous. Surroundings with food and convinient store also department store accros from the train station. Laundry and drier in the building also ice machine. Recommended.

Experience staying at this for 3 nights, clean hotel and friendly service. Economy double rooms are perfect for business trips. Electric kettles, paid movie shows, bath ups and nightgowns are available.
