Lovely quirky hotel

The room was very old fashioned , no facility for making coffee or tea in the room, extremely small trash can in bath room , and the only one. Very small tv screen. Staff not so attentive

The property was in excellent conditions and preserved its antique atmosphere. Outstanding experience!

Lovely 4 day stay. We stayed in a lake view dual aspect room that was recently decorated and had an extremely comfortable, large bed. Great shower in a newly refurbished bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was efficient. Good choice of fresh food at breakfast. Approximately a 15 minute walk to the main part of Stresa where the ferry port is situated. The view from our room was beautiful and we would stay again.

Staff were very efficient and polite. Gave some good places to visit in Stresa. The room was very small, one small chair and no table. Had to use floor to place luggage and belonging. Not a nice room, regretted staying at this hotel!

Really lovely family hotel set just back from the main promenade in Stresa. Beautiful gardens and a really well kept and well run hotel. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. The pool area is secluded and very well managed. Our room was perfect, with a large terrace that had views of the lake and was bathed in sunshine for most of the day. Perfect!

Nice mid-range hôtel. Close to Carciano lido to get to the islands. Room was clean and bed was great. Staff at frontdesk was not super friendly, but other staff persons were really welcoming. Breakfast was very nice (fruits, excellent capuccino, and great deal of breads, cornetto, pancakes)

Construction noise from the house being built between the lake and this hotel, when that house is done, rest of the limited view of the lake is gone, at least from the room we stayed at. We could never figure what the noise from the walls was all night long (loud clicking type of sound, probably plumbing), but we slept very little during our one night there. Only stay during our one week vacation that I would not recommend.

Good location. The hotel is clean and bright. Breakfast is good and COVID procedures well managed and delivered. We booked a room with a balcony and lake view. This was in the roof and with hindsight we would have been better off with a normal room with a lake view. Bathrooms are very old but I understand that there are plans to upgrade them over the winter. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the hotel was a bit overpriced for the room we had.

Wonderful and clean hotel...cute room with balcony and lake view. Very convenient to all attractions. Bathroom was quite small and shower was tricky with step inside tiny tub/bath . Only hanging was an over the door hanger. Great breakfast and Elena was so very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.
