First of all, this is not a hotel or tourist apartments. It's residence apartment block, so you get no help from the front desk, no access to the gym and no access to the laundry room. We booked this place on the understanding we could use the the gym and laundry room, the website gave false information. When cooking in the kitchen, the power would cut out every 30 seconds, the people who own the apartment were unhelpful in fixing this. My advice would be not to bother and go somewhere else.

Rude contact person who insisted on having a paper proof of booking. Took payment in USD cash and complained about every single bill which was even slightly crumpled. Room given was not the same as advertised - expected double + 2 twin beds, got 2 twins and a trundle. Avoidable place.

This is central Santiago. Way too far from the airport for me and the transportation was too expensive for an overnight.

Victor was an excellent host. Location was great, good and fast wifi, self-Laundry service is ok, location is good, central and close to metro stations and walking distance to attractions. Will definitely go back to Santiago and will stay with Victor if possible.

Hotel was mediocre, the location was a bit scary especially to arrive late as I did. I was alittle frustrated with the hotel not having NO room service of any kind. Over all the hotel was exactly as described, apartment style. If you only speak Spanish be aware, the receptionist doesn't, so it was hard to communicate.

Stayed in 2 aparts. 1st was ok. Bit dirty, 2nd had foul carpet and was lacking in comfort and dirty. Was only staying overnight. Don't think bed had been changed as hair on bed (foul) wouldn't stay again

There was no air conditioning. Room was all we needed. Nice to have secure parking.

This is a regular apartment building. There is not reception or people for help you. It's not working as a suites apartments. A lot of noise there, not good at all. Terrible. Pictures lies.....

Good value for the money, good location. Would recommend it. Because it was a bed, the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable to sit on. The chair was good but, unfortunately, there was only one. Perhaps a little more care in cleaning as the night table and lamp by the window were dusty and the toilet seat was loose when we arrived, which should have been reported by the cleaning staff. By the following day it was completely unhinged. However, we did not report it until we left so could not fault management. Victor did a great job checking us in and orientating us to the neighborhood, even to walking us to a good restaurant. He also booked a taxi for us to get to the airport which was very helpful as the desk clerk spoke no English at all so couldn't have done it without him. Thank you Victor.

The stay started out a bit rough, when we arrived to the complex and the man at reception didn't speak English. I showed him the reservation, so he seemed to understand. He told us to sit while he called the person in charge of that apartment. 40 minutes later, we were still sitting and he was chatting to another reception man. We asked again and he seemed to get upset, but he made a phone call and the man in charge of the apartment came down within a minute, so I don't think reception made any call the first time. The owner didn't speak much English either, but asked us if one bed was fine. I had requested 2 twins, but the other option listed was 1 king, so I said ok. It was double, if not a small queen (and old & firm). The safe was also locked, so it was unusable, but we didn't realize this until after he had gone. Those were the negatives. It is a great walkable location, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The WiFi was also good. I didn't use any part of the kitchenette, so I can't really review that.

Excellent facilities for the price. Kitchen, sofa, big double bed. Bath in bathroom. Great wifi. But not so easy to find as it's located in a big apartment block.

For the price and quality, everything was ok

The location was very good and central to everything we needed. The staff was very nice and brought extras like towels and a hair dryer. There was no couch in the living room, but there were beds instead, which was a little odd for a condo.

The owner was accommodating about extending my reservation at the last minute and helpful about storing luggage, etc. Not a typical hotel, but having the kitchen makes it ideal for a stay of a week or two. Various loud neighbors (music, guitar, barking dogs) amplified by the echoing patio, but other than that, no complaints.

Chinese restaurant that opens till late nearby

The place is fine if you need a kitchen and are looking for a cheap place to stay in for a couple of weeks.

Do not rent on weekends.room is not cleaned,you can run out of toilet paper as we did, there is not a spare roll. Saturday night was very noisy in the building partying music I couldn't sleep.Reception personnel not very hhelpfulzg

This was a great place to stay especially for the low price! Very close to major areas and the subway system. The room was very new looking and the bed and bathroom were amazingly clean. The owner was very accomodating with our departure time and pleasant to deal with. Coin laundry and small gym downstairs.
