Staffs are okay! Not totally impressive at the room because it’s a bit dark and the furniture are older. The only good thing is we purchased the buffet breakfast. Staffs at the restaurant were courteous and hospitable. Greeted us with sincerity and thanked us when we left! There’re many options of food to choose from.

The room was great, and the staff at the front desk, concierge, and restaurant were all excellent. We stayed for 4 nights, the male restaurant manager helped to reserve the same table for dinner, and the female manager brought us sliced ​​lemons at breakfast. In the elevator, the cleaning lady reminded my husband to bring a jacket when out since it started to get windy out. Both breakfast and dinner buffets with a wide variety of dishes, and the food was excellent, very unique desserts. Hotel offers free shuttle to ferry terminal, luggages check-in at terminal, ferry direct to Hong Kong airport, very convenient. We had a great time staying.

For me still the best place to stay in zhongshan. Very good gym and pool. Excellent location. It is connected to a mall with a wide selection of restaurant , coffee shop and a very nice grocery that sells everything.

Hilton Zhongshan hotel is conveniently located above a large mall where there is plenty of food and shopping choices. Their service is very good as the concierge team was very helpful to guide us as visitors on not just directions but the ways of China such as ordering items through their Meituan app or booking cars using DiDi (like Uber but in China).

Everything was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend and stay there again.

The hotel is located next to a large mall so finding food options is convenient. The hotel is also centrally located in the Shiqi district so hailing ride share isn’t a problem. Zhongshan is a 2nd or 3rd tier city so they don’t have a working subway as of February 2025. It’s a good place to stay away from the busier areas of the Greater Bay Area.
