Spotless, large room, and extremely helpful and courteous staff that went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable with unexpected travel delays flying over from the USA. Highly recommend and would stay here again without question.

Our stay was excellent! Davide was very nice and helpful. We weren't crazy about the shower setup, as it was hard to not get water everywhere, but other than that it was great!

Shopping area for food

Ten minutes from airport, staff very helpful, room very comfortable and clean and next door is great grocery/general store. Worked exactly as we needed!

Welcoming and clean

The hotel was clean, close to the airport and the check in went smoothly.

While being labeled as airport hotel it is a distance from the actual terminal, around the other side of the airport. That being said, staff was very welcoming and helpful. They arranged for a ride to the terminal for our very early morning flight the next day. Being located with a shopping center made getting a snack that evening very convenient. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and spacious.

It's a great location and super friendly. Free parking and a supermarket next door. The room was a great size for 2 adults 2 teenagers. Good shower, bathroom plus a balcony. However the headboard was ripped and looked really bad, it is impossible for staff to clean this so no one wanted to sleep near it. The pillows were 1 each and poor quality and uncomfortable. There was no cover on the duvet. There is no noise cancelling so anyone leaving late or early you can hear and the guests leaving had no thought for others still in bed and selfishly shouted in the corridors. The staff were fantastic and would love to say I'd stay here again but with the noise the headboard and the pillows and linen it really wasn't a 4 star.

The hotel is close to the airport, but not directly attached to the airport. It's too bad that it costs 25 euro to get from there to the airport despite the close proximity... usually airport hotel shuttles are reasonably priced. But this is the going rate of taxis in the vicinity of the airport.
