I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Minerva Church in Hanoi. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thanks to the receptionist, Lili, who was incredibly kind and made our check-in process smooth and pleasant. She also kindly assisted us in booking a taxi for our airport transfer the next morning, which made everything much easier for us. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for a business trip, referred to by my Vietnamese friend and the hospitality was beyond excellent. They have a welcome drink and I was supposed to have checked in by 2PM but I came early and they gave me the room by 1PM. Receptionists are very nice, also bellboys and the restaurant staff are very helpful. Definitely recommended if you come to Hanoi. Also the location is great, Starbucks are just in the front if you are looking for a place to hangout on hot summer days.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town. Clean, cozy rooms. You the receptionist is extremely welcoming and professional.
