Very clean swimming pool. Breakfast from menu was not the healthiest but the staff catered to our needs. Prefer to see healthy options nowadays, Greek yoghurt, berries, granola, avocado and scrambled/poached eggs. There was a Sunday brunch which was well attended and there was lots of choice. Not all staff speak English very well, but Nouri the restaurant manager was delightful and Aran the waiter was most attentive. The food in the evening is of a very high standard, in fact we liked it so much we ate in most nights. Bathrooms didn’t have conditioner for hair, and shampoo was combined with shower wash. All women need shampoo and conditioner and would have expected it, in this grade of hotel. Reception staff were very helpful but would be useful to provide map of the area and bus timetable, as on holiday you are trying to get away from your phone all the time. Good spa facilities and excellent therapists (special mention to Annie) plus beauty facilities and the lovely Malika to do my manicure. Overall a lovely hotel with a great chilled, relaxed, laid-back vibe.

This is a cheap and cheerful pit stop hotel. It would benefit from a bit of maintenance and a facelift. Apart from the from desk, customer service wasn’t their strength, the evenings were overpowered by 4 large to screens with football playing that was clearly more important than the guests.

I have requested an extra bed in our “Deluxe Plus” room, and when I slept on it, I had several bite marks on my arms and legs (in the pattern that bedbugs bite, in clusters or in lines), and my mom, who slept in another bed had nothing on her. After checking the bed, I saw that the mattress was covered in yellow stains, and tiny blood marks, indicating bedbugs. This can be further proven by chipped wood behind the headboard of the bed frame. I had complained to management regarding this, and was told that “I have yellow stains on my mattress too”. Ok? But your house isn’t a so called luxury holiday where it’s nearly £200 per night. So we have been deflected by them and been sent on our way. So with clear indications of bedbugs, we have been ignored. They don’t care for their extra portable beds, which to be honest wasn’t even comfortable. Regardless, if you are planning on staying here, don’t bother, just have a dinner at the restaurant and leave, since that’s the only good part.

A lovely relaxing overnight stay. Room was lovely and clean and a massive comfy bed. Staff were very polite and attentive, food was amazing the Turkish breakfast which is included in the price was more than enough we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I feel staff may benefit from additional training for restaurant service skills that do not include delivering food on a trolley

The hotel is in a nice marina. The room was spectacular with two balconies and an amazing view. The restaurant at the hotel had a good menu and breakfast was good. However, the hotel is located in a secluded location, and you need a car. There was no restaurants or shopping available close to the hotel.

Liked everything it was a very comfortable stay in a great location. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Rooms are getting a bit dated and could do with an overall update. Duvet was a cheaper quality and didn’t have the luxury feel to it. Towels were very small and a little grubby. Dressing gown was also very old with threads hanging off it. Windows were dirty and the room could have been cleaned a bit better.

A very pleasant experience made for an enjoyable stay.

If you are dreaming of a quiet sleep, don’t book this hotel. We stayed from Tuesday to Friday and they had loud live music until midnight on Tuesday and Thursday nights for outside guests in the restaurant next to pool. Other things we didn’t like were flies everywhere so that it wasn’t possible for us to have dinner or breakfast outside next to the pool. I don’t think management is doing anything like pest control. We also saw one cockroach in our room. Finally, they provided us with no blankets, instead they give thin summer sheets. With A/C set up to 24C degrees, these sheets were not enough for my wife. Some good things include great pool, friendly staff, location, nice beach club included for hotel guests, food (but overpriced).

Excellent room; fantastic 25m pool and great location in marina. Only downside is that there is nowhere to walk to since the marina is not accessible to casual tourists and is some way out of town.
