The room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 children and there was a lot of noise from the interconnecting family room next door. The main problem was that the floors were filthy. The facilities in the room were OK. It was quite a long hike to get to the slopes and to restaurants. Overall OK but if we went back to Pra-loup we'd aim to stay further up the hill

Bunk beds, very hard & uncomfortable. No towels or even bathmat. Didn't go into main hotel to comment on it. Huge cluster of dust in corner of room.

No one in Pra-Loup 1600 has heard of this place however you need to book in through Les Bergers which may well be a proper hotel next door to the Residence Soleilvacances which is an unmarked block. When I went to reception to explain that I had no sheets or towels I was advised that would cost extra. This is a first for me for any hotel, however this was supposed to be a 3 star hotel. 32 euros was the price I was asked to pay for sheets, I forget how much towels were supposed to be. I did not pay. When I pointed out that on the website under things you should know, it mentioned that you may not get adjoining rooms; I suggested that would be the place to explain sheets were not included in the room rate of the hotel. Reluctantly after some time sheets were provided free of charge. It should be noted that; in the morning I was told again that the provision of the sheets free of charge was only a goodwill gesture and I was wrong to expect them.

It was almost impossible to find this hotel because you do not have its name even remotely correct.

Idéalement placé avec des appartements bien exposés, tout est accessible à pied.

Surbooking : pas de séjour. J'attends un remboursement que j'espère total et rapide.

Reservationsbestätigung bekommen, aber kein Zimmer frei. Völlig überforderte Rezeption. Keine Alternativen, keine Bemühungen für eine Lösung. Der bereits geleisteten Zahlung kann man nun hinterherlaufen. Wenn man nichts als Ärger möchte, ist man hier richtig.

L’appartement était très bien au calme il manque quelques prises supplémentaires

La résidence est très bien placée à 2mn à pieds de la galerie commerciale et des pistes de Pra Loup. Mais c'est surtout la convivialité du staff de la résidence qui en a fait un très bon séjour !

Appartement sale ménage à revoir nous avons trouvé des papiers dans les placards et sous le canapé je ne recommande pas cette établissement

Un système de confirmation de reservation propre à Sowell est très pénible. Une confirmation sur leur site dite obligatoire s'avère impossible car le site ne fonctionne pas. Le personnel et le logement sont agréable mais la douche ne fonctionnait pas trés bien et le ménage était limite.

Avis très positif dans l'ensemble, à l'exception de la propreté des couettes qui laissait à désirer. Rien à redire par ailleurs.

Checking à partir de 17:00 ne me donne plus envie de pendre un appartement dans cet établissement
