Location is right by the Basilica. They have restaurant in premises. Breakfast is good, can't complain. The only thing that missing is that they don't have coffee maker in the room. Other than that, it was good experience. Staff were very helpful to get me hot water for my coffee and tea in the evening.

La chica de la recepción estaba amargada el día que llegamos y ese día se durmió sin aire acondicionado tuve que abrir las ventanas tiene muy buena ubicación no hay caja de seguridad no hay espacio en el baño para colocar nada y además muy incómodo el baño para usar la ducha

Definitely, if we are going to this place, we are going to stay again here. The hotelcis very accessible to our needs during our stay.

Excellent breakfast choices and very good value. The only disappointment was the lack of tea making facilities in our room which we have become used to having in UK hotels.

The receptionist is not welcoming or friendly. It seems that she’s not of what she’s doing. The staff at the breakfast area is even worse. He talks to me very loud and attracts other people attention. There’s no order in the dining area . We don’t know where to sit and which area we have to get food. I know you have to prioritize the group tours but we also paid the same for our breakfast. The place is nice but some staffs needs to be oriented properly.

Right from my arrival the staff were very welcoming and very professional. They were generous with time, and very patient. All very approachable, reception, management, bar and kitchen staff. All great. The room was very comfortable. The hotels design is classic and unique with attention to detail. The design seems based on Japanese culture. The room dividers, the wicker work or lattice work design, the soft colours, pervaded throughout the hotel.

Warm greeting at front desk, cute comfortable lobby, excellent dinner and breakfast. One block walk to Our Lady of Fatima plaza . Quiet, comfortable hotel, highly recommended.

Room smelled really clean, staff was wonderful. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Dinner was great, amazing food. The room was nice and clean and warm after rainy day felt great. Shower worked perfect. No complains on anything , except walls are kinda thin , but beyond that everything was great .
