The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. During check-in, one of the staff carried our luggage to the room and introduced the room patiently. The hotel provided free snacks and drinks (including beer). The room was very big and clean. The hotel breakfast was not bad either, with a juice and egg station. The restaurant also has a good view of Phuket. The only downside was the toilet had a sewage smell that wouldn't go away. However, it was still bearable during the short stay. The Jungceylon mall is a 10-minute walk away. However, there is a small slope to climb when going back to the hotel. Then, at the security post, you can request a buggy to bring you up and down the hotel.

Room ok spacious though not so good as there a bit smell from toilet, swimming pool great. Love it, the view from there so good. I stay 5night there. Breakfast really need to be improved.

Near the shopping mall and patong beach. Great service of the staffs and perfect cleanliness.
