Basic hotel, cheap n cheer . Max 3 star

No breakfast available at 730am. I paid extra for breakfast. I want a refund

It was okay. Except when they say they clean your room, they just flip the dirty mess around, so you can’t see it.

Really nice hotel, quality room, very friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again next time in Baku.

Many things were great at the facility. only comment I have bit negative: Air Conditioning was not working. Weather was warm, we were getting only hot air supply, the room inside was too warm to sleep/comfort. We were advised Hotel is still in winter setting, so air cooling was not possible

Except the noise of the subway crossing, all are fine for a value for money accommodation.

Worked on p project from here and enjoyed the good size room and breakfast . Might wanna upgrade thre coffee !

Large comfortable rooms and very clean. Overall a good hotel. About 15 mins taxi ride from the centre or the city.

I have had previous Divan experience elsewhere in the world and was expecting more from the room. While overall everything was really good, but small but important things were missing from the room; for instance, there was no slippers although when i booked, it was listed as a standard item in the room. The bathroom amenities also lacked, such as tooth-paste, or body cream. these are basics that needs to be in a decent hotel for the price they charged me.

Well equipped rooms, kind and helpful staff, rich breakfast yet, do not expect any pork (e.g. bacon). You can feel when metro is passing underneath - for someone who is sensitive this might be disturbing.

The room was excellent and very well equipped. The breakfast was superb. The cost was quite reasonable and fair

I have stayed here before. It is good value for money. The gym has the basics. The breakfast buffet could be better. If you are looking for English news you will be out of luck unless you want to watch Russia Today. There is no BBC or CNN in English.

The menager of Baku Divan Express Dear Murat YILDIZSAFER was very kindly men. He was absolutely perfectly hosted us. Worker sand reception also very helpful... I would like to advice whole people to go and stay in Baku.

Great room, very clean but a little too stuffy sometimes. Good service overall especially with organising transport but some service was a little slow with one billing error.

this is my fourth stay in this hotel. Good value for money. Excellent Resturant. Nice breakfast. The only issue I have ex premixed is the underground is not far from the hotel. You can feel the train passing by.

Nice and friendly customer service, organized early check-in and breakfast on first day. Average azeri breakfast, food items not very efficiently replenished when things are consumed. Be aware the hotel is build on top of metroline causing noisy vibration and noise in the rooms late at night/early morning. Secondly, blind curtains are 60 cm too narrow in the window leaving daylight in the room early morning. Not a place for light sleeper.
