Wonderful, really attentive staff and lovely roof bar and pool

The whole place smells like cigarettes, bathroom had what appeared to be black mold under the bathtub & there was hair on the floor from previous guests. All that being said the bed was really comfy & the area was close to all the fun restaurants but far enough away to be quiet

Excellent staff service and big size of room, but should be improved significantly the cleaning: old stains in many parts of the furniture room and dust, also in the bath (shower top). What a pity because the venue is really awesome!

The staff are amazing! They were very helpful when we had a problem with the rented car, they talked (greek) to the renting car company and sorted things for us. Location is also great, near the beach area and the old town.

The beds were not comfortable. Everything is so old and not really functioning well. The room air conditioner hardly cooled the room but the bathroom wall hair dryer from the 1970's got so hot on the handle you finish drying your hair. Definitely should not have "Palace" in its name.

The hotel is centrally located. Looks like it was recently renovated. The rooms and common areas were clean and the staff very friendly.

Although a little dated the place was clean, comfortable and in a terrific location. The staff were also very friendly and accomodating 👌

we booked this property to stay overnight for a cruise in the morning from Rethymnon. and it was better than expected. Well located, old fashion room, but clean and nice, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was included, all for a very good price

Clean room, friendly staff, and great price! Will definitely stay again!! Nice pool on the 6th floor, and great breakfast buffet daily. The location is a perfect stroll from the sounds of the beach bars and the view is spectacular! Highly recommended!

It was a great hotel with nice crew. We enjoyed our stay there, and the breakfast was adequate; however, I would have liked to have more food variety (especially for vegetarians).

Room is clean and spacious. close to the beach. Friendly staff. There was varied selection offer in breakfast. The swimming was a key factor that we choose the hotel. However it was not available during our stay in early November.It would been helpful to know this in advance from our booking

All good except bathroom seems a little tired and needs redecorating with a decent shower.

Quite a quiet hotel not a lot of atmosphere though, very small bar, no evening dining, breakfast was good.

Need nice hotel with security downstairs all hours of the night. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

Fantastic location, excellent breakfast selection, great staff, air-conditioning. Good room sizes however the bathroom was very, VERY small which was annoying. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.
