Great hotel. The service, amenities and location are amazing.

This hotel was average for me. I wish the bathroom was more spacious. I really don't care for the kitchen when I choose a hotel to stay. Also there was no happy hour or viability to drink at the bar after 5 pm.

My stay was Amazing! They treated me like Family!!!!! Love them from the bottom of my heart ❤️

One of the main issues was there was no laundry service, even though there was Bag and price list in the room, staff was absolutely unhelpful. They refuse to give me another option, nor call to different laundry service. So I packed all up and went to shopping mall and by use of Google translate I found out the laundry will be ready I. A week. It was Friday and I needed by Monday. Breakfast not great, insects in the nuts and seeds, when I told them they didn't seem to care....many more problems, mold in bathroom etc
