Evening meal in the Bistro was tasty and well priced. Breakfast was good. Reception & bar staff were all very friendly.

Lovely welcoming staff. Great sized room which was clean and well laid out. Good selection for breakfast. Would absolutely stay again.

Usual first class standard, no issues.

A bit tired in places but very clean with very friendly staff and a great breakfast. For staying close to Cadburys World with breakfast and parking included I don't think you can find anything better.

Wifi wasnt the greatest. But ok.

Room was fine. Not enough wardrobe/ drawer space (was there 5 nights). Shame wasn't option to have room with a bath. Hot breakfast was not available until 7:30 which was late (helpful staff did do egg on toast for me at 7:15)

Very basic small rooms but friendly staff and nice location

The place it’s astonishing, peaceful 😌 staffs they were ok 👍. Only thing I came half ours before and they don’t allowed me to check in.

Beautiful location on the doorstep of Licky Hill with plenty of walks and birdsong - yet also close to other amenities.

Great breakfast

Good breakfast. Staff were friendly. Bed comfortable, bedding clean with protectors but bathroom tired, laminate floor in need of replacing. Could you hear upstairs walking round & plumbing.

Lovely clean, bright and big family room ample space for myself and two children.Staff all friendly and very helpful. Good choice on cooked breakfast and various cold, cereals and fruit options available daily. Downside, no options or children’s food menu available in either the main or bar restaurant areas for lunch and evening meals.

Breakfast was good

The cooked breakfast was lovely. Michael who was serving at breakfast was really kind and helpful. He just made it perfect. We arrived quite late in the evening and the night porter who was on the desk was very nice. The room was a little small but did us fine for the short time we were there.
