Our second time staying here with kids and another great experience! Clean rooms, great pool and playground, breakfast included and so close to the zoo!

Hôtel vraiment très propre, le personnel courtois, bel emplacement. Plusieurs commodités à l’hôtel et autour. J’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour.

The property was amazing! Staff was friendly and very funny. The location is perfect for familys that want to head to the Zoo and head to the local mall. The only few negatives I have would be that the room isn't very sound proof and we could hear a lot from the other rooms.(Could be a perk if you rented out two rooms side by side) Second negative is that the pillows and bed were really uncomfortable but we could've just been unlucky. Overall! I loved the experience and I'm coming back here again if I ever need to come back to Granby. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!

Excellent séjour de 3 nuits

Very nice hotel, good staff. Great A La Carte breakfast included. Games room available for all clients.

Hotel renove mais bien fait, lit comfortable, tout le personnel est serviable. Restaurant avec bonne bouffe et biere locale. Excellent service.

Voyage en famille avec 2 chambres communicantes. Chambres propres, confortables et très abordable! Hotel un peu vieillot qui mérite certaines rénovations mais qui fait la job pour un séjour a Granby!

First and last time staying. Was surprised others suggested but perhaps exclusively due to prox to zoo. For the price especially, incredibly small cramped room, very old and bony mattress on pull out couch. They left a rollaway mattress in our room, perhaps knowing how bad the couch was, but unfortunately it was pretty painful too. There was barely room to open the mattress or couch and move around room. They say pool open June onwards, but mid June it was still empty so that was somewhat disappointing. The front desk staff were all young women who seemed like they didn't care at all about customer service or even basic pleasantries. I didn't even get asked how my stay was on leaving and that's probably for the best they didn't care. It would be nice if they told you housekeeping is on demand only, when we stayed for 3 nights and wondered why they kept skipping us. Bathroom seemed to have black mold spots on the bathtub silicone and there was a long hair on the bathroom counter on arrival. Games room in basement was quite basic, with some paid claw machines being the main attraction. Pro: good shower pressure, close to various stores and the zoo. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful when I needed to borrow some utensils. Free parking. Found myself looking at the motel down the street for future zoo visits since its cheaper and this place gave motel vibes anyway.

Les alentours sont extrêmement bruyant. Situé sur la rue principale où il y a le centre d’achat et la rue très passante il y a beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à 1:00 am. Les murs sont mal isolés on entend les voisins qui on un ton moyennement élevé. Pour cacher tout les bruits environnant il faut tenir la porte patio fermée et la clim fonctionnel qui elle aussi est très bruyante. Les lits sont très confortable, les magasins, zoo à proximité. Beau terrain de jeux pour les enfants, belle piscine 2 spas. Les déjeuners sont bon et satisfaisant avant votre journée. Le seul bémol, si vous avez le sommeil léger….s’abstenir.

Spa

L’hôtel et les chambres sentaient la cigarette, vieux tapis, impossible d’y rester, nous avons changé d’hôtel 20 minutes après y être arrivé.

Réservation avec piscine accessible. Finalement la piscine était fermée. La porte patio était désuète n'avait pas de verrou. Il y avait une barre horizontale qui ne verrouillait pas la porte complètement. Les serviettes et les draps étaient propres. Heureusement ! Finalement les grosses rénovations annoncées n'était pas impressionnants.

Belle hotel, mais j’étais déçue que la piscine n’était pas accessible ni le spa…

Hébergement bien situé! Le déjeuner aurait pu être inclus ! Personnel courtois!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to check in early, and they were very accommodating.

This is our second visit at this hotel. We weren’t here long enough to use the amenities last fall, so we specifically booked this hotel again for our two young children to enjoy the pool. We booked through Expedia, which listed the seasonal pool open from June to September. Today is June 12 and the pool is bone dry. We were told it doesn’t open until the end of June, and while Expedia offered some minor compensation, the hotel refused to offer any sort of refund or hotel credit despite the misleading information online. None of the staff were particularly helpful nor compassionate towards our situation. Didn’t find the front-desk staff particularly helpful overall; as an aside, I overheard another guest ask for recommendations for restaurants in the area, and the front desk attendant pointed to the restaurant across the lobby and said there’s one here. That’s it, that’s all. While the room was clean and comfortable enough, the bathtub did not hold water which made bathing two young children extremely difficult. Pillows awful. The playground area is nice for older children. The ‘games room’ is laughable and should not be advertised with cartoon zoo animals that would draw children’s attention as there was nothing suitable in it for children under 12. We hope to make the Granby Zoo an annual family trip, and luckily because of our poor experience at this hotel, we found some great places to explore around Granby, but we will not be returning to this hotel again.

Absolument pas comme sur les photos. En pleine canicule et la piscine pas ouverte le 9-10 juin. Je n’y retournerai pas.
