I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first was 2015 and the second was on November 25, 2018 and stayed for 3 nights. We all loved the hotel because we felt comfortable even though we were going to Hoza han some distance but still happy here. And when I stayed at this hotel it coincided with my birthday. Not unexpectedly when I came home from the streets in Bursa city, once I entered the room I got a surprise of a small birthday cake and fruit and a birthday card. God willing, if we go to Bursa again, we will stay here again. Hopefully in the future the service will be better.
