muy caro para lo que ofrecen, la verdad no lo recomiendo, el desayuno es lo mismo siempre, no hay opciones, desp de las 10 am no hay agua caliente, el telefono del cuarto no funciona para NADA, el ban̈o no baja bien y el ultimo dia no HABIA AGUA, todo MAL en ese hotel ....ultima vez que me quedo ahi 😡😡😡

Centrally located. Property very old . Locks did not work. Problems with showers. Stayed 3 nights and the WIFI was out 2 of those nights eith mo avail. Young staff very courteous.

SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND FOOD WAS GOOD. WIFI WAS INTERMITTENT. LOCATION WAS GREAT DOWNTOWN.

Very good location, close to the central lots of stores and food around. Rooms were ok size cleaned everyday. Breakfast selection was good! Only bad thing is if people are loud in the hallways you can hear everything!

Bath room area is too small, dificult to be at this area. Cooling system to noisy....

The room was clean and the receptionist was very helpful however the parking does not offer 24hr security, had poor lighting and the parking gateway was steeply angled and damaged my BMW.

Picked up friends at the airport in Torreon late in the evening and needed a place to stay before returning to northern Durango. Good, no hassle experience.

It is a very nice and remodeled hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. The location might be a problem. since it is in the center, during the day is alive and full of people with many stores around, but during the night is lonely and dark. since all the stores are close, there is nothing as soon as the sun goes down.

Buena opción con excelente relación precio beneficio, habitaciones amplias, limpias, lo que no nos gustó (viajamos en pareja) son las almohadas, muy gruesas y duras, si nos volvemos a alojar ahí, llevaremos nuestras almohadas. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien
