The room was very small, but everything else was great.

Great stay at this hotel. After I checked out, I didn’t realize I had left my phone in the room. The staff found it and kept it safely until I could return to collect it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and help. The location is also very convenient — close to the metro, not far from the railway station, with many restaurants nearby. The Prado Museum is right next to the hotel as well. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!

Great location, great staff!

The room was clean and functional. It was a bit smaller that what I perceived from the pictures but it accommodated all of my needs. The shower was bigger that I had hoped for so that was a plus. The reading area in the lobby area was great! Since I checked in online I got free drinks and that was a real plus too.
