Visited Madrid with friends for 4 nights staying at SLEEP’N Atocha. Room was a standard double and while being fairly compact everything was perfect. Clean, fresh and quiet. Nice heavy bath and hand towels, shower gel, shampoo and hand gel provided. Room might be a bit tight for two sharing but for one absolutely fine. Buffet Breakfast was amazing, cold meats, cereals, cheese, fruits, nuts, pastries, scrambled egg, bacon, smoked salmon, juice, coffee, various teas and several types of milk to name a few… Staff were also amazing! So friendly, accommodating and helpful, very willing to help, advise and even organise tickets for various attractions!

Great location for my two night stay. Very walkable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was superb! Loved the rooftop area!

Needed a hotel to sleep for a couple of hours and shower. Arrived at 5am and checked out at 11am on same day. It served the purpose perfectly. Hotel is conveniently located near Madrid Atocha from where I had to catch my train to Barcelona.

The location was excellent. Breakfast was brilliant. The room was small but this compensated by the location etc. The staff were young, enthusiastic and very helpful. The room was very quiet.

The hotel staff are excellent communicators and were very helpful when we had need for medical help. Each and every employee was attentive, cheerful and helpful during the entire time of our 2 night stay. The breakfast is excellent. The accommodations are simple but comfortable. The Bathroom was very small, very clean and hot water works. The neighborhood is very busy and noisy and convenient to the Atocha train station. I would happily stay again.

I wanted to get coffee at the lounge while my friend got ready but needed the key to use the elevator and that key also turned the lights on in the room so I couldn’t leave the room. The room was very small

El hotel está bonito, limpio, y muy céntrico; tiene mucha vida a los alrededores y se puede andar fácilmente, además de que tiene la central de Ave al cruzar la calle. El hostal tiene una terraza muy linda en el techo. Lo que no me gustó fue que las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas, el aire acondicionado no baja de los 18 grados centígrados y la fuerza de agua en el lavamanos era un hilito.... Para el precio, me pareció elevado en comparación con estancias similares en, por ejemplo, Barcelona.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was awesome. The check-in experience was amazing as well would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Loved how convenient this was to Atocha train station and to The Prado and Reina Sofia museums. Rooms were simple and small but clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Liked the luggage storage for the day after we checked out.

For what you are paying, this is perfect. It won’t be for everyone, but everything must he’d the description. It’s definitely small, but we really had no problem with it and there were two of us. The area was fantastic, it was close enough to the biggest tourist destinations without being so close that the crowds were insane. The rooftop area was so cute, I would definitely stay here again
