I really enjoyed my stay traveling solo to another country. Renaissance really felt like home the staff was amazing. The restaurant on the roof had a great ambience.. Room service was excellent. And my room was clean and spacious.

It was the worst hotel. I left the hotel and try to cancel my reservation. I cannot believe to Marriott hotel chain letting this one using their name. It looked like fake Marriott. We did not stay there. It was dark, smelly and probably unsafe hotel. I am planning to write a report to Marriott about that.

Air is poorly circulated. Bathroom whoever’s are slippery and water gathers and drainage is very poor. Mildew around corners and poorly caulked. Not worth the price. Staff is nice however management is short cutting services to save money but that is way too obvious.

The hotel’s decor is dated. The lighting needs to be improved especially the hallway and the lobby. If they changes the lighting, it will help so much. Right now the hotel looks like 70’s style.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

Stay was pleasant; hotel is clean and great location. Only comment is a persistent smell of sewerage (not in rooms) but in lower floor common areas. Otherwise a great hotel
