Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location is excellent, easy to access, and close to many restaurants and local food places. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was cozy and the location was great, but the kettle was corroded.

The location is good, close to town. One of the staff (I forget her name) was very friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness could be improved. The price is reasonable, but the maintenance would be better.

The service was great. They even served us a plate of fruits together with a glass of welcome drink during check-in which some 5/4-star hotels don't even do it. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient as the convenience store was just right in front of the hotel. It takes 5 minutes by walk to Hanoi Night Market and 10-15 minutes to the famous Hoan Kiem Lake. Besides, breakfast served in the hotel was delicious and generous!
