Good location to be able to walk

Great location, friendly staff. Washer/dryer combo was inside the unit, very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was AMAZING!! It was clean, spacious and location was heavenly. It was 10 min to Gran Via area. I felt really safe. I wish we would have booked a longer stay. We will definitely be back. I HIGHLY recommend.

Salvador at check in was incredible! He went above and beyond welcoming us to the property and making recommendations on what to see in Madrid. The apartment was well appointed, very spacious, and clean. The laundry was convenient but the washer/dryer combo does not dry clothes well. Would defintely recommend you stay here!

Nice apartment but the location was not the best.

Outstanding apartment in the best area. Very spacious, clean and full of amenities. Front desk staff is amazing. A ton of nearby shops and restaurants (check out Malasensa and Chueta areas- wow).

First floor is noisy at night windows are right on a busy street, bathroom leaks from the floor corner. Washer machine is for small loads only. Location is very convenient and overall a good experience staff was very friendly and accomidate us keeping our luggage.

Very clean apartment - comfortable and well appointed. Generally very well located - a short walk from the majority of the key sights as well as shops and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Baby items requested were already in the apartment and set up when we checked in which was fantastic. Shower tray was leaky which was a bit annoying BUT this did not hinder our stay whatsoever and we had a brilliant time. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Eric Vökel again.

Staff were very helpful. The apartment was very nice and very clean. The terrace was a highlight for us. The building is in a great location. Not too busy, and not separated from the things we wanted to do. I would highly recommend it

Very nice location and accessible to supplies and restaurants. Space was very comfortable for family. Excellent and helpful staff. Mostly used the kitchen for breakfast meals, coffee. Close to the Metro, and cabs. Great walking experience and courtyards near by to enjoy. Would definitely return.

This is a great property in Central Madrid for a small family or group, especially at the end of a long vacation trip when the fatigue and laundry has piled up. Centrally located, we could walk to most of the attractions and restaurants that we wanted to, and experience peace and quiet between 10pm and 8am. The apartment has the right amenities and a large living room which makes all the difference. In our case, we enjoyed our terrace as well. We got excellent travel recommendations from the concierge for a day trip outside Madrid. The breakfast basket when we entered the apartment was about the most thoughtful idea I've come across in years. All in all, this was basecamp for a wonderful visit to Madrid.

Good location and clean for sure. However it was a basement apartment and nothing on the listing indicated that. Bad/ no view. Feels like sitting in a bike. Don’t recommend it.

The room was super clean, fit our family of 5 nicely, staff was excellent!! Spoke English really well and helped us with all our questions. The location was perfect!! Within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

The directions recieved were precise and location is perfect. Everything is walking distance, lots of bars, restaurants m, mini markets, stores. Definitely recommend staying here.
