The stay was a bit disappointing overall, especially considering the expectations. The room showed quite a lot of wear and tear and could definitely use some maintenance and refurbishment. We also noticed leakages from the ceilings in the passageways, which took away from the overall experience. Breakfast was another area that could be improved. The restaurant was extremely rushed and crowded, and the food selection and quality felt quite average. We visited over a long weekend, so we understand that the entire area was exceptionally busy and crowded. However, the overall experience felt a little below what we expected, particularly given the condition of the property and the quality of the breakfast. There are definitely positives, but better upkeep, maintenance, and a more organised breakfast experience would make a significant difference.
