Close to town and beach. Great large room for 3 guests.

Very clean, comfortable and friendly service! Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, they offered decent options including yogurts, avocado spread, bagels & toast, biscuits & sausage gravy and you can make your own waffles. They offer 2 fire pits that they turn on every night at 6pm. The location is very central, we were able to walk to the water and then head out for dinner! Definitely would recommend this place & would come back. Next time, I’d like the river view, however we did get a nice sunrise on the parking lot side!

The gentleman who checked us in was excellent!! He made the experience easy, smooth and was very knowledgeable of dining options close by! He also went the extra mile by coming outside to show us the actual locations of his suggestions. A GREAT EXPERIENCE - thank you

The hotel is located in walking distance from the Seaside downtown which is nice. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. The rooms looked like they were renovated, fresh paint on the walls. One thing I did not appreciate is the hair in the bathroom floor and tub as well as under one of the bed sheets. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was super friendly. I ended up extending my stay for like four days. Really nice area close to the beach.

It was quiet, the pool hours were great! Staff was nice and friendly, the fresh baked cookies were a nice touch every afternoon. The bonus was the little playground they had for the kids and the fire pits for adults outside. The down fall was one of the bedside lights wouldn’t turn on and the bathroom sink was crooked. We also didn’t have an option to connect to Netflix and had an old AC unit. The reason I know we didn’t have an option for Netflix is because our friends were next door and they did, along with updated AC and working lights. The other odd thing was the alarm clock was set for 5:57am so the first morning was an early on for both myself and our group because there alarm clock did the same thing. But I will say for the price it was a good stay and kid friendly!

Very comfortable stay. Was centrally located for our trips up and down the coast. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach a little bit of a walk but walkable none the less.

We have stayed at several hotels in Oregon this year and this has by far been the best!

The beds were supposed to be queen size, however they were full size.

So I go here a couple times every year and I've never had a problem they always let us in early due to the fact that I'm disabled and now they got some new worker with a big black beard and black hair that was very rude and inconsiderate and told me that I could not get in early and that I had to wait till 4:00 and I even told him that they let people in early all the time and he was very rude second shift gentleman I complained to him he told me and he told me that he looked in the computer and that my room was already ready at 2:45 I showed up and called at 2:50 and it ruined our whole trip he told us to come back at 4:00 yet he yet let other people in early

The room was OK, the beds were really low & hard. The pool & hot tub looked slimy on the bottom, as if they had not been cleaned in a while. The staff was friendly & helpful.

I liked the ease of finding the property. It was just off the river that the property was next to. We walked to the main road that took us to the viewing location of the ocean off the board walk. The staff were always friendly and helpful when needed. They did a very good job of cleaning the room. There was a good variety of food items to eat and tasty.

Room was clean. Quiet and parking available. Breakfast was 10/10. The lady helped my mom make waffles!
