Perfect location close to a beautiful beach and near to harbour, perfect host Katie, nothing was to much trouble, lovely breakfast and super comfortable clean room, bonus was excellent off road parking, would stay again and recommend to others.

We were greeted by an enthusiastic, very helpful Katie. Our room was a beautiful! It had a rich paneled wall, characteristic of this “posh” 1840s home. The breakfast is made to order with many delicious options available. Both Katie and Tricia were so pleasant and hospitable. Since our cell phone service limited our calls in England, Katie made our dinner reservations and ordered our taxi pick up for us. We had a lovely time here. Mechelle from Mississippi 🌷

Turned up, parked in the private car park and greeted at the door with such a warm welcome. Such a nice homely space and the room was spacious with a lovely en suite. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits were in the room and if we needed anything else we could just ask. Breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked with fruit, central and yoghurt to help ourselves to. Katie and Trish were super lovely and made us feel very welcome and I would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone else staying in Falmouth.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Owner Katie was very friendly and very helpful in providing recommendations on what to do and see in Falmouth and even booked a restaurant for us that she knew would be busy. Location was walking distance into town, about 15 minutes to the start of the high street. Room had solid wood furniture, electric shower and quirky wall art. Small TV, but never used it. Breakfast was a good quantity, mix of full English, with yoghurt, cereal and fresh fruit available. Beach was about five minutes away, but never walked down that way.

The room was a good size clean and very pleasant to stay in the bed was comfortable and the Vue from the window was very pleasant

Excellent place to stay! Friendly welcoming staff. Clean rooms with daily service, tea making facilities and coffee machine with a tub of biscuits in room. Plenty of parking. Breakfast includes a cook breakfast or cereal, yogurt, toast etc. The location is perfect literally 2 mins walk down to beach or a restaurant which is open daily or a 10 min walk into Falmouth town. Highly recommend.

This is a very good property to stay. It is well located being just 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the town centre. There is off street parking and a hearty breakfast to start the day. Our host was Katie was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

A lovely property with a family feel and close to both beach and shops. Nothing was too much trouble for Katie and Trish. Would definitely recommend and we will happily return here if visiting Falmouth in the future.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff in an amazing location with great parking. The beautiful beach just a short walk down the road and a ten minute walk to Falmouth harbour and town.
