It’s been a long time since my last visit to this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the staff were very friendly, and the amenities were well-maintained. The best parts, however, were the location and the stunning ocean view.

This was a very disappointing stay. The bed was extremely old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly. In the larger room, the temperature could not be controlled at all, which was very inconvenient. Noise was a serious issue. There was constant noise from outside as well as loud sounds from the floor above, and it was so noisy at night that I could not sleep. In addition, the washing machine was out of order, which caused further inconvenience during the stay. Overall, the facilities were poorly maintained and did not meet basic expectations. I would not recommend this property.

I had a comfortable stay during my long-awaited business trip to Busan. The location was excellent and the room was clean. I highly recommend it!

There seems to be 8ssue with running hot water. My daughter couldn't take the shower instead she left the room very early morning to take shower at other hotel nearby.

체크인 체크아웃 모두 편리했습니다 무엇보다 주차가 너무 편해서 좋았어요 가족여행할때마다 이런 컨디션의 호텔 찾기가 쉽지 않은데 잘 쉬다 가네요!

부모님 팔순잔치를 하기 위해 숙소를 예약했습니다. 전반적으로 대단히 깨끗했고 전망도 무척 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절했고, 침구 추가와 차량 등록도 아무런 불편이 없었습니다. 부모님이 무척 만족해하셔서 예약한 보람을 느꼈습니다. 기회가 되면 다시 예약하고 싶습니다. 감사합니다.

해운대 바로 앞이라 위치가 최고에요. 체크아웃 후 옷을 두고 나왔는데 옷도 챙겨서 친절하게 전화주셔서 감사했습니다.

Clean and spacious room

What it did offer was a huge room I got the presidential suite super super large with four bedrooms but only three had a bed and as soon as I got downstairs is literally a 3 minute walk right to the beach get your feet on the sand awesome views of the beach from my hotel as well was very happy and satisfied.

The room is over looking the sea and the beach. Room is clean and staff are very friendly. Will stay again !

The apartment was very big, and I was upgraded to a three bedroom which worked perfectly, but the condition of the apartment was extremely poor, wallpaper, peeling caulking, messy, and moldy, no furniture, nothing to even put a glass of water by the bed. Asked for towels and had after three times asking, had to go get them myself! I was told my upgrade was in a unit with a recent remodel, but it was original from when the building/apartment was built. Very disappointing. The location was excellent right on the beach with amenities all around, so that offset the condition of the unit.
