Good Hotel. Good Location. Good Complimentary in afternoon.

Great hotel. The staff was very helpful. There was complimentary afternoon and evening entertainment in the restaurant. I'll be back again next time.

Overall the hotel is good, good facilities, close to MRT, friendly staff.

hotel near Odori park, very close to shopping center and subway

The location is strategic, close to Odori Park, just a short walk away. If you want to go to Susukino Mall, you only need to walk 20 minutes. Yesterday, the room was not cleaned for 2 days. It turns out that if you want to clean it, you have to say so first or put a sticker on the door. If not, they don't dare to come in. The breakfast is also delicious and complete. I want to stay here again next time.

I enjoy a lot with this hotel because it's available to walk and the hotel serves unlimited beer and snacks. I really like this hotel!!!

Our stay was good, the room hotel is spacious. But for location, i prefer the other mercure hotel that located in susukino. I had been stayed in mercure susukino for several time, I booked the wrong one, because miss looked the name. But it's okay, have to walk farther than before. The hotel service was great .

Location a bit far from the shopping area (Susukino). The hotel is only near to the TV tower and the park. Surrounding not much foods. Service is good. Room quite old with old furniture and interior. If you ask me will I stay there again if I go to Sapporo, the answer is no.

Great location and very near Odori Park. But I think the highlight for me was the Breakfast Buffet. Probably one of the best breakfast buffets in Japan. I loved the eggs benedict with smoked salmon and the katsu burger. The best. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Comfortable and good hotel, close to the park

The breakfast was fantastic. For winter, it's a bit hard to get there from the train station though

Staff very friendly. Breakfast super duper good, with sparkling wine, yogurt, western breakfast, and Japanese specialty food, superb Hokkaido rice. Fresh good quality fruit. Airport bus direct to the hotel, very easy. Best value hotel rate. Thank you Grand Mercure.

Typical Japanese classic hotel and despite its slightly outdated interior, it has impeccable service. The room space is ok, or at least in my experience hotel room in Sapporo is somewhat more spacious than in Tokyo. Bath amenities is fantastic - one of the best I ever had in any hotel in Japan. Breakfast is great too as it has enough variation except for fruits! The only problem with this hotel is location as It is bit far to walk to place of interest like Sapporo Station and Tanukikoji
